The department has been opened in 2008 and is the only one in Romania to offer orthodontic treatment for all age groups.
Our team of 10 orthodontists constantly train and participate in courses in the U.S.A. and Europe. We offer the largest range of orthodontic appliances and orthodontic solutions for teenagers. Some appliances are manufactured in Romania, while others are customized in the U.S.A. or in Germany.
High performance technology and equipment
We only use high performance materials and equipment which are also used in top offices abroad. Also, in order to perform the dental treatments with 100% accuracy, we have the latest equipment available in the dental service field in Romania. We use digital radiology, because it has a reduced radiation level and it helps us determine a correct and complete diagnosis in a shorter period of time. We have our own Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where, in special cases, patients can be sedated with funny gas or general anesthesia in order to have their dental treatment performed.
Free educational programs for teenagers
”Your smile, your choice!” is the first educational program in Romania designed to inform and educate teenagers regarding the importance of oral hygiene and oral health. The program was launched in 2010 and has hosted in each edition over 500 students from high schools in Bucharest. Annually, dentist of DE4TEENS visit state and private schools to discuss with students about how they can maintain a healthy and pretty smile.
Psychological counseling for teenagers
Teenagers suffering from anxiety or other emotional disorders which can delay or postpone dental treatment may be counseled by our psychologists who specialize in this certain age group.
Our psychologist may meet the patient before the appointment or, if necessary, can accompany him inside the office, during treatment.
Latest services
We are the first clinic in Romania to introduce the INCOGNITO lingual appliance, one of the top treatments in the invisible orthodontics and Invisalign, the revolutionary appliance without brackets, comfortable and aesthetic. Invisalign is completely detachable and is 100% manufactured and customized in the U.S.A. using the computerized 3D Align Technology. The orthodontic trainer is part of the interceptive orthodontic treatment. Used at an appropriate age, this treatment can prevent the need of a fixed orthodontic appliance during adolescence.
