1. General terms
The present document containing the terms and conditions for using www.dentestet.ro site (hereinafter referred to as“Terms and Conditions”) and establishes the conditions under which any person may visit or access the website www.dentestet.ro site or may be used in any way the services offered through this Site
Within the meaning of terms and conditions:“Site” means further the internet site- www.dentestet.ro; “ Site Administrator” means further S.C. DENT ESTET Clinic S.R.L. based in Sos. Nordului, nr. 82-92, Tronson Constance, sector 1, Bucharest, Romania; “Service” means any service offered on Site, and/or any of its modules or components; “User” means further any person who visits or accesses the Site, creates an account on Site or wants to use it in any ways or who actually uses the Service.
The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of it, other than they are formulated in this Act, draws the obligation of ceasing to access the Site; continuing to access or visiting the Site, any page in it and / or use of the Service and any part of them constitutes entirely and unconditionally acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any provision thereof.

Any person sending information or materials to the Site in any way, takes full responsibility not to prejudice in any way the copyrights that a third party could invoke related to material and information transmitted in any way to the Site and persons sending information or materials in any way, understand and accept that breaking this obligation in any way, can not engage the responsibility of the Site Administrator in any way, but only the responsibility of those persons exclusively.
Users sending information or materials to the Site in any way, when sending them to the Site Administrator, agree to exclusively indefinitely and in all territories give up all rights of use, adaptation, modification and / or re transmission of content they bring contribution or post to the Site. Any dispute deriving from of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be settled amicably. In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian court located within the area of Bucharest.

Site Administrator has the right to modify in any way any provision of the Terms and Conditions or terms and conditions in full, without any notice and without being obliged to fulfill any other formality towards users. Any changes will be considered as fully and unconditionally accepted by any user by simply using or accessing any facilities provided by the Site or the Service, or by accessing the Site, occurring any time after operating the change, and failing to accept any changes attract obligation for such users to stop accessing the Site and / or use the Service in any way.
